As part of the EcoSMEnergy project, the Malta Business Bureau recently organized an online focus group to explore the practical challenges, needs, and preferences of manufacturing SMEs regarding the implementation of energy efficiency measures. 

The session brought together local industry leaders who provided insights into the operational realities of the green transition. The discussions delved into the following key areas: 

• Establishing Energy Policies 

• Setting Energy Performance Targets 

• Implementing Action Plans 

• Monitoring and Improving Energy Efficiency 

• Training Format Preferences 

The feedback gathered from these dynamic discussions will support our work throughout the entire duration of the project, specifically in shaping the upcoming training sessions.  

EcoSMEnergy aims to empower manufacturing SMEs to take control of their energy consumption, reducing operational costs and enhancing competitiveness in an increasingly carbon-conscious market.
