The Malta Business Bureau (MBB) has issued a Call for Quotations seeking an EU-established legal entity to conduct an Environmental and Economic Study on Energy Efficiency for Manufacturing Companies under the EU LIFE EcoSMEnergy project.

The selected tenderer will assess energy-performance improvements, cost savings, GHG emissions, and investment needs across manufacturing SMEs within specific NACE codes in Malta, Latvia, France, Cyprus, Estonia, and Spain. Additionally, the scope involves mapping available funding mechanisms, reviewing EU State aid frameworks, developing standardised data collection tools, and offering policy recommendations.

Key deliverables include a comprehensive State of Play report, stakeholder and final event presentations, a 700-word promotional article, and participation in a 30-minute MBB podcast.

The service agreement carries a maximum budget of €24,500 including VAT, running from November 1, 2026, through October 2027.
