Survey: Research on Employee & Workplace Training needs
We invite you to take part in a short survey forming part of the Erasmus+ project POL: Cultivating Peaceful Work Environments (2025-2-MT01-KA210-VET-000387493).
This initiative explores the relational and cultural challenges employees face in European workplaces, focusing on key competencies such as:
- Active listening
- Assertive communication
- Emotional self-awareness
- Mindful leadership
- Inter-group dynamics
- Creative conflict transformation
Your input will directly contribute to the development of an EU-funded training programme aimed at equipping professionals, managers, and leaders with the skills needed to foster psychologically safe and peaceful work environments.
Duration: Approximately 10 minutes
Confidentiality: No personal data is collected. All responses are fully anonymous and analysed only in aggregate form.
