INVEST+ Mentoring Programme – First Call for Participants

INVEST+ Mentoring Programme – First Call for Participants

As part of INVEST+, the Malta Business Bureau is now receiving applications for its mentoring programme on financial literacy.

The INVEST+ project, led by the Malta Business Bureau in collaboration with the HSBC Malta Foundation, seeks to improve the level of financial literacy in Malta through a series of mentoring sessions. The objective is not to turn participants into financial experts, but to give them an understanding of crucial concepts, therefore allowing them to become financially independent on a personal and professional level.

The INVEST+ mentoring sessions are classified into four modules:

  • Module 1 – Introduction to Finance
  • Module 2 – Accounting
  • Module 3 – Savings
  • Module 4 – Investment

These will be organised in conjunction with education institutions as well as entrepreneurial and social platforms.

The first three full-day mentoring sessions will be organised on 24 October, 7 November and 21 November in conjunction with the Malta CSR Institute. The same four modules will be covered on each of these days (lunch and coffee breaks included).

Whilst we encourage interested individuals to register for all four modules, we would like to clarify that it is equally possible to apply for just one module or two.

Target Group

INVEST+ will offer basic financial knowledge to its participants. Therefore, the programme is ideal for persons who do not have any formal education on any of the related subjects.

How to apply?

Please fill in this Application Form and send it to MBB on admin@mbb.org.mt. Deadline to apply for the first call for participants is Friday, 18 October 2019. In the application form kindly specify whether you wish to attend on 24 October OR 7 November OR 21 November.

Should you require further clarification, get in touch with us by sending an email to admin@mbb.org.mt or call us on +356 2125 1719.

INVEST+ is led by the Malta Business Bureau in collaboration with HSBC Malta Foundation.
